NEVER sends paperwork - 501 (c) 3 Preparation

I continue to receive the same answer... Questions need to be answered. I have answered them THREE TIMES.

These people are idiots and they read from a script. Can not answer an email or a question. Do not pay for quick service, I've been waiting since March, I could have done this crap myself much faster.
