I used Legal Zoom for my incorporation. The price ended up being $20 cheaper than my local attorney. However, the articles of incorporation were a joke - very incomplete and canned. Customer service is a nighmare. If you call you're on hold for an hour and in most cases they NEVER answer. These people need to go out of business.
