My bank account has now been charged 3 TIMES!!! Originally $30.94 on 8/23, then $29.98 on 9/16, and AGAIN $30.94 on 9/16!!! All I ever wanted was the 18mg pack of Vanilla e-cigs, and even though they were back stocked I was still charged on 8/23 for the discounted rate of $30.94. I asked them to be switched to the Sampler Pack instead to expedite shipping, and as an inconvenience to me I asked for faster shipping (I did not expect to be charged for faster shipping since I was the one who had already been charged for e-cigs I had not received). I don't know what ALL of these charges are for, but I am VERY upset. I do not have that kind of money! I expect a refund those charges on 9/16 (as I was never contacted for confirmation before being charged AGAIN!) I am SO upset and will take any steps necessary to be sure that I am refunded for these charges. I will also make sure that other people know what kind of business Optima offers.
