My parents have always hated the fact that I have smoked for many years, so they're always sending me information about ways to quit. My dad sends me this website on Optima Cigs about how it only costs $4.95 in shipping and handling, & they send you the starter kit for FREE. Well, I read into it & thought it was a good idea, I didn't see any catches according to their website, & decided to order the product. Everything went as planned, they only charged me the $4.95 & I got everything as needed. I figured that I wouldn't have any more issues, because if I wanted to order more products, that would be my charges to deal with. However, my troubles began when I decided to order more cartridges. This ecig has really been helping me with quitting & they had 3 different order options on their website for cartridges. I did all of my business through them on their website, & there was NOTHING that said that I would have to get a 30 day supply NO MATTER WHAT!!! When I ordered my 10 cartridges, I figured that I was just getting billed for that ($39.95 tax & S/H), so I figured that maybe I'd be charged $45-50 roughly. Then I was charged $116.95 for an order that I didn't even want, I recommended this product to other friends because it was helping me out, but now this company "left a bad taste in my mouth, " & I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN!!!
