Few months ago I seemed to have installed a software which created a new sound output. Under System Preferences Sound New sound output called 'Nielsen Audio'.
Cut a long story short, basically my Macbook has treated this output as the default sound output hence whenever I reboot or turn my Mac back on, it is the automatic output that is selected. My problem is that this output is always on mute and I have to change it under system preferences EVERY SINGLE time I boot my Mac up.
I tried uninstalling all related Nielsen files but somehow the audio output has remained in the system. The logo even remains on the top bar, mocking me.
Is there ANY way I could remove this thing off of my system?! I just want one audio output and that's the good old standard built in speakers.
Thanks
