I received a Prize Claim Document stating that I am the winner of $3,062, 814.00 and I need to respond by September 17. This company would like me to enclose (cash, check, money order) in the amount of $20.00 for processing report and records. It's not fair in these hard economic times to scam anyone out of any money.
