I was sent a letter saying I had was a guaranteed cash prize winner of as much as $3,062, 814.00. Said "You are really an R.D.D. Winner. Said it was against the law to say that if it wasn't true. Like a fool I send the
check for $20 as requested for processing fees. Can anything be done about this?
