I tried to use my debit card and it was declined went home and checked my account and found someone had ordered a computer from QVC. I called QVC and they told me the computer for $459.96 had been ordered that morning, I told them it was fraud, and I wanted it stopped. They assured me that it was cancelled and I would not be charged and the pending amount would be applied back to my account. I have called them at least 10x, and they stilled charged my account, and then told me that I would have to speak with their finance/fraud department. I tried to get in touch with them and all I got was a voice mail, not once has anyone returned my calls. I filed the dispute with my bank. QVC also told me that they had put a return to sender out to UPS, another LIE!!! I did that this morning! They are the rudest and hardest company ever. They do not care about anything besides making a dollar even if it comes out of someones account who didn't even order anything! I think they should be investigated and shut down!
