Routinely checked my bank account this morning and discovered this $. 24 charge that had posted without my knowledge or consent listed as L1H 8669787646. I immediately went to the local branch for my bank who put a block on this company along with filing a fraud report. I had an insurance payment come through as well which caused an overdraft-my mistake-and was charged $35.00 by my bank but the insanity is that this $. 24 charge by Loan1Hub triggered another $35.00 charge by my bank who refused to reverse the charge until the fraud complaint I filed is investigated—up to another 10 business days. I suppose I should consider myself lucky after reading about how this company continued to debit people's accounts. Like all posters I too called this company and got the complete unprofessional run around. I was told "my account" (what account?) was cancelled but the female hung up on me when I asked for her name and ID. Changing bank accounts in the morning.
