I went to purchase a vehicle from psl motors on 01/19/09, and I put down $500 on cadillac. The Manager told me it needed a few repairs before I take it, and could pick up on 01/23/09. I called Him on the 23rd, and the vehicle was not ready, and it should be ready on 01/25/09. I called on the 25th, and the vehicle was still not ready, and He advise I need to send in $299.00 for the sales tax, and tag, and the vehicle would be ready for the 29th.
I send in the $299.00. I called the 29th that morning to find out what time I could pick up the cadi, He advise me He's faxing papers for me to sign, and bring them in when I come, but they claim they have faxing the papers, but I never recieve until 01/29/09, and I couldn;t pick up the car until 02/02/09.
I went to the Car lot on 01/29/09, and when I get there He tells me to wait a hour while they are finishing up with repairs. I leave and go back in a hour, and car is still not ready, and wont be until 02/04/09. We get to a big argument, and called him a lair. I tell I want my money back, He tells me I'm not getting my money back, or the car, take him to civil court, he gets on the phone, and calls the police to have me escorted off his property.
