I placed an order on 9-4-13. Recieved an email confirming order on same day. The email stated i would recieve another email when my credit card was billed. They billed my credit card on 9-6. The email stated thier contact info was info. Herbal-x-.com. I emailed the adress about order and it was returned as undeliverable. When I purchased the product I was unaware in my State that purchase, sale, or possesion of said product is a felony. The company definately violates State law. And several federal laws concerning fraud and interstate commerce. Not to mention taking amounts that would place it in an amount where one would have to sue in small cliams. To do so in ones state of residence is almost useless for the company is out of jurisdiction. And if one could fined the state Herbal-X-com is in they would have to hire counsel or incur expenses to travel for the amount which isnt cost feasible. Definately a shady company who practise fruad and violate several federal and states laws.
