Order was placed and confirmed on July 16th then product confirmed shipped on July 21st with Order I/D 595173277. However, shipment has never been received till Aug 08th. Follow up emails were sent on Aug 02nd and Aug 08th, but no responses received.
Then tried another channel ([email protected]) to trace the shippment on Aug 08th. A courtesy reply received as follows:

Note, if you are emailing about HGH Ultra, you've reached the wrong website and have almost certainly been scammed.
The website from which you placed the order is illegally using one of our domain names for their reply email address. We are not associated with that company, and we are not responsible for their actions. Our best advice is to file a CHARGEBACK through your credit card issuer or bank, claiming fraud or theft.
I am one of the owners of the Herbal Nutrition Network - please feel free to use this email as an official company statement.
BTW, from everything we've heard, the company is a scam and will not ship products.

Then I filed a payment dispeal via my credit card company earlier of today. Now I just wait and see what's happening afterwards.
