I had purchased this item off the website thru woman health. Magazine. I was double. Charged for the product so. I contacted the call center. For one. They don't have anyone there that speaks clear English I had gotten hung up on twice and had to hold for over 50 mins to get a supervisor. He refund the double charge and said I should. Get my pills on sat. I didn't get the pills until last Tuesday and called Wednesday to cancel which they say its a free trail and cancel within the 10 days. So I called them on last. Wednesday and on Friday they charged me 124.95. I was very pissed off I called and called to be argued down by reps, hung up on, and kept on hold for over an hour. They need to be shut down and they need to be sued for making unauthorized charges to bank accounts that's fraud. So I emailed the people above them to get an aumoted message stating to call them back. I sent the. Pills back because they stated in. Order for me to get my. Money back they needed the pills. I sent them back Friday and they said 3-5 days until I get my money. I will. Not deal with this. Company ever again
