I got the first bottle that only charged me $2.95 for the shipping then 2 weeks later they took 52.90 out of my bank account before i even had the chance to call and cancel. So i called the company they said the pills have already been sent out that i could only get my refund when i sent them the pills back. When the pills finally came in I called the company and they said i needed a confirmation code to write it on the package and put return to sender.
After 2 weeks i emailed them to ask if they ever recieved the product back why i have not recieved my refund. I got an email back from them saying they never got the product and all of a sudden there is a restocking fee that is 30% of my refund. I emailed them about 3 more times demanding my refund but no such luck.
They just do not want to give me my money back I did what they said in order to recieve the refund and they sneak in the 30% restocking fee. This company is probably making a good chunk of change out of ripping off their customers. On top of it all there product is not worth the money they stole from me. I would like to see this company sued for the big chunk of change they stole from all of us and more for the stress and frustration they have caused us and probably the overdraft fees some of us got for the unexpected charges to our bank accounts.
