I purchased the software and even talked to one of the techs, i was told the $50.00 was a one time fix only after it occurred and the actual software was $29.95. Noting was fixed on my computer and it still did what it was doing before i got that 'one time fix'. I called them and was told the money was not refundable, that i had downloaded the software... I am out $120.00 and still have nothing to show for it.
