I downloaded software to help my computer but it don't work that i thought. USD 19.97 in the event i have been billed USD 30.94 for software that does not work. I have required a refund of usd 39.94 and comfirmation that you will not be charging my account for unauthorized services and would like an answer as soon as possible.
