I purchased a Ridata 32GB SDHC card from Living social on 15/06.in order to redeem my voucher I needed to submit my visa card to pay the delivery charge. There was no where on the Gadgets and Products website to redeem the Living Social voucher and my card was debited for the £69.99 and delivery charge. To this day, I have not been refunded. I have bombarded the '[email protected]' address with emails, called the 02074740740 number provided every day (never answered) up to 09/12 when I went on maternity leave. I have recommenced the emails to the company requesting my refund.
Living Social could not assist last June in helping me get my refund.
This company should not be allowed trade.
