The man voice in 911 told me to call 619-531. After wait 15 minutes. Someone pickup the phone, San Diego police how can I help you." The lady voice said. I gave her my address... Got hung up. No help from Police what so ever. I am now dead, and write to you from Hel. Thank you very much 911.
