As crazy as this may sound, this is what we went through... My son has a microsoft live account for his XBox 360. Today, 04/14 he received a voice messege from someone stating that they were going to kill themselves. We immediatley contacted XBox 360 live, and after a 10 minute wait, got a customer service representative. We explained the situation to them, gave the game tag of the individual, and were again put on hold. After several minutes we were told that XBox will make a note on the account and we should contact our local police. When I inquired why XBox would not immediately contact this person local police to expedite the situation, we received a response of, "that is not our policy". I explained to her that someone may be in real danger and that it was apparent that she has this persons account information right in front of her, she said to call our local police. We thought that others should be made aware of this Microsoft policy.
