We were contacted by Family 1st Home Preserva-tion assuring us that we could get our mortgage interest rate reduced under a federal program and that they were authorized to deal with all banks to accomplish this.in attempting to contact them to find out the status of our loan modification all numbers that we tracked down were disconnected.
