I went online to put an amount of money on my mother's cell phone who just had a stroke, I tried to call her number and it did not work. I called the customer service number only to get push this button, push that button so after awhile I finally got a person. I explained to this CSR my situation, I put money on her account and how long would it take before I could call her? He put me on hold for about 3 minutes and said he was going to let me talk to a supervisor. The supervisor proceeded to tell me I paid minutes for computer time. I did this over the enternet but it said nothing of the sorts. So I simply asked can you change the money over to the cell phone, he replied no and it was my fault. I asked over and over why and he could not give me an answer i could not understand and made absolutely no sense. Plus, I was talked to very rudely and got no where with this person. So I am out money and no explanation.
