I bought a lithium battery powered trike. A year later the battery died so I ordered a replacement. They sent the wrong battery so I returned it, now they say no refund because they sent the wrong battery. Because of this problem I opened the battery case originally sent and discovered lead acid batteries, not the lithium batteries I paid extra for. They now refuse to make any of this right. They are a rip off company, I suggest no one do business with these people, all they want is your money and you won't get what you ordered and they will try to make you pay for their mistakes. AKA cozytrikes.com and a few others. Before ordering anything do an internet search, you will find an F rating by the BBB and lots of unresolved complaints.
