I signed my contract on Dec 30. I came in on the 5th and talked to the trainer i signed up with. I asked him if i could cancel my contract he called the company for me and was told the person he needed t talk to was busy and they would call him back. They never called him back and he instructed me how to cancel my contract through mail. I sent in my certified letter on the 6th. Later i called to confirm the cancellation and they told me i sent it in one day late. Even though on my contract the trainer did not fill out a date in the blank that was there for the day i had to cancel it by. The company said they did not need to fill in that blank. And because i was one day late in sending in the letter they would not refund my money and to cancel my contract i would need to pay another $100. They were very rude with me and not very supportive. I wish i would have seen this site before i signed that damn contract. Biggest mistake of my life.
