I have been fighting with Hughes Net since 8/11. I changed to DishNet and was being double billed. I have spent hours and hours on the phone, told that HughesNet was cancelled, told I would get a refund... By numerous people. I was told that I had to fax proof of my DishNet bill which I have done 8 times now... And HughesNet says they still don't have it. My credit card was billed again today after I was told last week that the service was cancelled. I spent hours today again on the phone, and I was told all was OK... I still don't know... How can HughesNet customer service be so incompetent???
