Visited FYE in the mall in February used my card to purchase a CD. A month and a half later 11.99 a month deducted from my account unnoticed until today 09/05. Never signed up for anything. They did not even have my address or e-mail on file. I asked for proof of my agreement for their services. They kept deflecting and trying to sell me the membership and offer me gift certificates, 20% off future purchases and so forth. Got through to the supervisor who agreed to credit my account 47 and some change, and assured me that was all they charged my account for. I went through all my old statements and found 5 charges of 11.99. They even tried to lie to me about what they charged me. This was clearly criminal and fraudulent!!! These people have to be stopped!!!
