Incompetent customer service representatives - HSBC business revolving line of credit

I wanted to payoff my business revolving line of credit so I went to my local branch office located at 11 East Broadway, New York, NY 10038 for help. I seek the help of the front desk information booth and the CSR tried to help me by searching for my business revolving line of credit. She didn't know how to payoff my business revolving line of credit so she calls a help HSBC desk indicating she is HSBC employee.

After 45 minutes of going back and forth to the inside of the bank conversing with other colleagues and managing members. She suggests that I get a bank check from JPMorgan Chase bank since the checking account is an outside bank. I was furious. Why should I pay for a bank check when I can pay with a personal check from my JPMorgan Chase bank?

I demanded my documents back and went back to my office to resolve this matter myself. I paid off my business revolving line of credit with a e-check by providing the routing number and account number of my JPMorgan Chase Bank checking account. Why the CSR in the front desk, her colleagues and managers cannot help me do that is beyond my comprehension? Maybe because HSBC is paying them minimum wages. I am seriously thinking about moving my business to another bank.
