I, too, have been scammed by Roman Ogourtsov after linking to his website via Amazon.com on April 19th, '13.
In a telephone conversation that followed my emailed order for a Panasonic TV, Ogourtsov suggested I wire the purchase price, $1225.00, since my use of a credit card would take 10-days and add a 3% fee. I wired that amount into the account of Lyana Brunets. It was received that same day, April 19th.
Since then I have corresponded with Mr. Ogourtsov by telephone and email, requesting delivery of the TV, then, failing delivery, a prompt return of my money. Mr. Ogourtsov first promised to return my $1225.00 via a certified check, which never arrived ~ then by wire transfer into my account. That transfer, too, has never arrived.
Yesterday, May 28th, I filed my first complaint against Ogourtsov and Brunets. It was filed with the Internet Crime Complaint Center, a federal agency.
Today I'm beginning to file complaints with state agencies and sites such as scambook.
Beware of Roman Ogourtsov!!! He is a thief and his websites are frauds!!!
