Package sent back to the selle

I ordered a flag on ebay. It was shipped by Fed ex to FL. After 10 days with no package... Found out that it made it to Orlando but went back to Oregon. Fed Ex did not know this. I had to tell them. Now its been 15 days and no package. The same thing happened last time I used them. I told my suppliers not to use Fed EX again.
