Flag bound for Florida went back to Oregon, still missing

I ordered a flag on eBay. It was shipped by FedEx to FL. After 10 days with no package, I found out that it made it to Orlando but went back to Oregon. FedEx did not know this. I had to tell them. Now it has been 15 days and still no package.

The same thing happened last time I used them. I told my suppliers not to use FedEx again.
