I am a 6 day a week customer at this Dunkin Donuts store. Tuesday morning (8-27) walking into the store my left forearm was cut by the striker plate on the front door jam. I got the manager and showed him that the the plate was bent and very sharp, and the gash on my arm. He gave me a wet paper towel, and a band aid. I aint a cry baby. I'm a senior citizen. The store mang. Went right to work on bending that plate back, but did'nt even give me a "sorry". Yesterday, my doctor put 3 stiche's in my arm. Is this how a Senior Citizen and a long time customer should be treated? Today, same store, no Senior Citezen discount. Look at Tran Seq No: 678569. Thank's alot Dunkin Donut's!!!
