Consumer Report

Hello, my name is Eddys Valdivia that's right I am using my real name. For all the people out there who are searching for a car to buy, I am suggesting you to not go to this dealer. When i went to this dealer, I went with my girlfriend to purchase a car, she liked a 2006 Volkswagen Passat which looked very nice. We drove the car and everything cool. Now you knew when you try out a car, you only test it out for a little bit; well we tested it and then purchased this car. Next day, we notice that the car's air conditioner was only turning on when you put it on the fourth speed, then we also noticed that the radio wouldn't even play a cd, and then the worst part was that the car was wasting too much gas, a lot of gas like we put 40 bucks and went like 20 streets and then a quarter of the meter already wasted. Ohhhh also the check engine light came on like if before they sold it to come, they disconnected the battery so that they could sell the car. Next, we took the car right to the dealer like 3 times, and they mediocre mechanic said that it was a switch the first time, and then that the check engine light was always going to appear because they supposedly changed the Turbo when they got the car. Ohhh and they say that all the cars they get, they change the oil on it, you will find out this is a lie. Ok, so the car still had the check engine, ang wasting too much car, and every time they say they fixed it. So, we took the car to Sears Auto Center, and they checked it for us. They told us that the Turbo was broken, that it was not a new one and it was old. They said that the oil change they supposedly did was not the oil that the car was suppose to have, that they put a too thin oil on it, they also said that the engine's temperature was not right. Ok, so when they told me this we went back to the dealer, and told them that we did not want the car anymore, that we wanted our money down back, they said no, and they even showed me a paper that said that no refunds. What they did was they changed the car to a Nissan Altima that we also liked, we took the car home, and like three days after the car was misfiring, we took the car to autozone to see if they could put it on the computer, and they told us that there was misfire in the engine, and that it could be the spark plugs. Well we checked the spark plugs, and they were good but the coils from the spark plugs were held by tape, this sucked. The coils alone cost me $30.00 Dollars each at a place that i was able to find, but at the Autozone and Autoparts it was $114.00 Dollars each, then the problem went right off. I didn't go back to the dealer to fix it and i fixed it myself because why bother waste my time and take it when they weren't going to do anything at all. Ohhh forgot to tell you, the title that they gave us for our Nissan Altima was for a Scion. These people really suck, they have the worst customer service, and they have the worst cars, all these cars have problems, if you still want to buy a car there go right ahead, but I am suggesting you not to. They really just suck. This was my worst experience ever. No good at all.
