So, I spoke with Sam at the company, he ensured me that the list is accurate and is updated monthly. (Like what they advertise on the internet and site) However, when I got the email list and tried sending them out. More than half of the emails bounced back. Here is the part where I got concern is when I called the company and tried to find out what's going on. Chad (self-proclaimed sales manager) told me that "You are doing it all wrong" so I proceed to ask him what's wrong with emailing the list when my intention of purchasing the list is to mail it out? He continued the conversation with an ignorant and rude tone; spent about 5 minutes telling me how stupid I'm and that I don't know anything about internet marketing. Anyway, they said they have a very strict policy and never does refund. Bottom line is that, Chad said is my issue with purchasing the list and I have to take the loss on it.
