This is the most disturbing consumer / customer service experience I have ever had! They were very nice and helpful until they had my money. We bought a list of 1 million and only received 65,000. They I sent out 20,000 and it did not get sent. I figured I just did something wrong so I called the company. I was disconnected twice and called back. I then spoke who a man who claimed to be a manager named Chad. He was rude, condescending and would not give me the chance to talk. I was disconnected again and then again. I called several times to try to get a hold of someone and each time I was put on hold. At one point I was put on hold but I could hear "Chad" talking about how I was rude. After spending half a morning trying to figure out how to get the product you just spent $350 on, you would be a little rude too.
24 hours after I sent the 20,000 emails, the reports showed I had 6 opens, no spam and no bounces, this report is obviously bogus and our company received zero feed back from the supposed 20,000 sent out.
