According to the info on the product bottles and the testimonies on the company website, this product is supposed to remove wax from laminate floors, but it doesn't. I applied the product according to the instructions without any noticeable improvement. I used the system a total of 4 times, hoping for some progressive improvement, but it simply didn't work. I did try the system on another floor that had NOT been waxed, and it worked fine on that floor. However, I purchased the system for the waxed floor, so the product failed to perform as advertised. This is a pricey system (right at $100). Their money back guarantee is only in effect for 30 days after purchasing the product.By the time I received the product in the mail and found the time required to repeatedly try the system, I was outside of their refund window. If you are going to try this product, make sure that you are satisfied with it BEFORE the refund window has passed.
