I purchased laminate flooring for my condo upon the recommendation of the sales rep at Floors Today. The very first thing I told him was I have 2 small goddaughters and 2 tiny Yorkies and I need a floor that will stand up to both! He said I couldn't do any better than Armstrong Laminate. Two days after the installation, my goddaught dropped a glass of milk on the floor. I cleaned it up quickly and thought nothing of it. The next morning, the spot where she dropped the milk was puffed up - a ridge had formed... The first of many such ridges to come! Every time the least bit of moisture touches the floors, I hold my breath. Floors Today went of our business less that 2 weeks after my installation. I phoned Armstrong thinking that they would surely stand behind their product. WRONG! They sent someone to look at my floors. He used a moisture detector and "surprise" found moisture where the floors had puffed up. One the floor is already puffing up, you can not keep moisture out of it! They simpley said it wasn't their problem. I will never purchase any product from Armstrong ever again and, if I have anything to do with it, neither will anyone else within ear-shot of me. So, if you have children, pets, or just happen to be a little clumbsy, it's not a good idear to purchase Armstrong Laminate! Too bad, once again, for the poor consumer! Tell your friends!
