Hollalary Properties is an unethical and unprofessional rental agency. Their attitudes towards students and those with limited resources can best be described as predatory. Their leases contain multiple unenforceable clauses, including late fees that violate city and state law. There are many hidden fines and fees, and one should not expect the return of their deposit. Many of their hidden fees are in opposition to city and state law. Privacy cannot be expected, neither can equality of gender or adherence to the lease.in my experience, this is the worst rental agency in Ithaca. Seek other housing situations, these people do not have respect for the law or personal boundaries.
