Brewer Caldwell - Holds rent checks claiming to have not received them then charges renters huge fees for being late. Charges fees before the due date.
Brewer Caldwell - Does not follow up on maintenence requests. Does not return phone calls from renters or HOAs.
If you own a property and woudl lie to rent it beware and if you would like or need to rent do not go through them unless you want to add on 300 a month in bogus fines and fees.including HOA violations which the HOA waived (due to things such as trash being out on non trash day when the trash day was rescheduled due to a Holiday)
Although normal wear and tear is in the rental agreement once you look closely nothing will qualify. Renter is responsible for repainting and any and all problems which Brewer Caldwell did not attend to during the lease despite repeated calls.
Steals money, neglects properties, and shares confidential information with tennants because they have no idea who is renting where.
