Steve McCoy's Buick and Cadillac auto repair shop is a RIP OFF! My cadillac has been in his show right now for over 6 months! Prior to that having a new engine put in 2 monts. I paid a year of insurance for nothing. This is unacceptable. Steve McCoy's main excuses for the delay were always the same: I had a break in; my partner was sick and called out; I ordered your part and it will be a while - - You part came in but it was the wrong part. There has been a death in the family; it's hard to get parts for your car: These are but a few excuses I have dealt with over and over again. I gave him $4000 to fix my car starting with putting in another engine, from there it went to hell. He told me a year warranty for his work but having my car in his shop for a year just doesn't seem to cut it. Watch out for Steve McCoy's Buick and Cadillac shop... Steve McCoy is a RIP OFF!
