I purchased phone accessories online from this company. I received a portion of my order. When I contacted them, they very rudely stated they would ship by end of week and to wait. Two weeks later I got the product, but in the wrong color. When the accessories were on the phone, they didn't fit right, nor could you use your phone. Speakers were incapacitated with no use of the phone. I contacted them and complained. They threatened to SEND ME TO COLLECTIONS!?!? Totally unheard of!!! I asked for shipping authorization to return items for refund. They sent me the shipping number to return, but a week later refused to refund my money. They have sent threatening, and intimidating emails regarding LEGAL FEES, COLLECTIONS, ETC., if I contact my credit card company to dispute the charge! Again unheard of!!! NOW they have the products AND MY MONEY!!! And still threaten me!!! These people are crooks and what they are doing is called THEFT!!!
