Basically the same problem as reported by Kyle and others on here. Ordered an Asus Transformer pad (As a b-day gift). Wasn't shipped for a week after a shipping tracking number was finally provided (That took also bout a week or more). Later was contacted by email saying they were out of stock and if I keep the order open they will ship on the 19th of June. As a remedy they offered 15% off my order and to refund shipping price. I agreed. Then about a day later I got a call from their rep saying the actually expect the new stock to come in by the 12th. I asked to have a docking station added to my order if they would ship it for free if they were still giving me 15% off my tap purchase. She said she would do that and I would be notified via email about the item being added to the invoice. The next day I got a confirmation that my order was canceled all together. I emailed back several times and called and left voice mail, as there is never an answering person. I still don't show the money back on my credit card, nor do I show any sign of the item being shipped on the 12th a the rep had indicated. Going to BBB! I'm bummed cause Later I bought some accessories on line for this tablet. But I can't afford to buy it at the regular prices, so I'll have to find a different tablet PC that's more within my budget, and somehow return the accessories that came long long ago.
