I placed an order for a replacement projector bulb on December 14 and paid extra for 2-day shipping. I was charged $394.95 to my credit card on December 19. I hadn't received my order by that time so I contacted Projectorlampcenter the next day to find out what happened. They told me that my item was backordered and it would be shipped out by the end of the week. I was already pretty upset that I paid for 2-day shipping and had not received anything in 5 days so I told them to cancel my order and asked how long it would take before they refunded the money they took from me. They said I should see it in 5-7 days. After another 2 weeks, I had not received my refund so I contacted them again. They told me that per their return policy, I would not receive a refund for 30-90 days. I said that I never returned anything so their should be no reason to hold my money since I canceled my order because of their mistake. They said that they couldn't do anything about it and I would just have to wait. This really irritated me so I contacted the BBB. The BBB contacted them and gave them until the second week in February to respond (which they never did). I contacted them again a couple weeks ago and they still would not even attempt to resolve this issue. This is a complete scam. Do not give them your money!
