They repossessed my car "IN ERROR" and then just simply stated that they would return the car "with no penalty to me"
I had some sleazy repo man in front of my home for ALL of my neighbors to see because someone forgot to hit send on an email!?!
The Customer Service Reps were completely clueless and now my car is sitting in some repo lot in the swamp because of THEIR error.
No explanation of where the car was going to be. No apology.
This is the worst company to work with. If your dealer says they can get you financed with Exeter... Run the other way!
