The Muslim community in Britain has become involved in the organized crime of faking automobile accidents. Drivers of cars and sometimes even buses stage fake accidents and then claim third party damages from insurers for whiplash injuries that they have not received. They cruise around in big cities, looking for likely victims, usually single drivers of automobiles with damage to their front ends. It is very difficult for a medical doctor to be certain whether or not a patient has sufferred from whiplash. The muslim community has its own doctors who will usually verify this without any evidence. Each passenger in the car or bus then makes a claim for 3,000 or more. Some of them make several claims every few months. This fraud has added an estimated 100 to the cost of every British insurance policy.
In order to make their claims the fake "accident victims" need to use a lawyer, in case the claim is contested in Court. Usually they go to No Win No Fee lawyers. One of the companies that takes on this work is Ashford Solicitors of Exeter. It does not make any effort to check that there has actually been an accident or injury. Every time this is done British insurers raise car insurance premiums and cancel no-claims bonuses.
