I feel it is imperative and important that anyone thinking about joining the "team" at Peak Promotions be fairly warned of what they are entering into. The atmosphere is fun and the money can be good if you work your butt off, but it is all headed up by one of the most dishonest and disgusting women I have ever seen. Jeannene Tedesco is a woman that you want to steer very clear of.
The opportunity is okay, and I believe in the Cydcor company, I believe it works. But I want to say to anyone that is thinking of working at Peak Promotions, go somewhere else! Of course in the real world, bosses can be tough to deal with, thats comes with most any job. But with those jobs, at least the employer is upfront with you that they will be an authority figure to you. Jeannene weasels her way into becoming a friend to you, calling it "building a relationship", maybe by going to Starbucks in the morning before a meeting.
Before you know it, your one of the "lucky ones" she invites out on Friday night around the corner from the office - where she proceeds to get wasted and ramble on and on to you in her raspy voice about stuff you could give a crap about. Don't worry though, she'll be a complete b#@ch to you again on Monday morning, acting as if it didn't happen & maybe because she doesn't even remember.
She recently sent out Ahmed down to Maryland, and then flat out told people once he left that his cockiness would get him in trouble, and that he never would make it. Nice backing from a promoting manager, huh? Then she also complains about having to make the trip down there and help him out. I'm sorry, but isn't that YOUR JOB? And why do you promote people out that you have no confidence in? Oh thats right... To get to organizational consultant.
Word around the office is that that has been your goal for QUITE SOME TIME now, longer than most, if you get what I'm saying. Maybe the reason you can't get there is because you're not as much of a "people person" as you think. People don't like you, Jeannene, and they're not going to put ALL that work into helping someone they don't like.
All of this isn't so much to bash Jeannene, although it is fun. It's just for preventing anyone else from making the same mistake that I did. If you believe in Cydcor and the opportunity, just go work for a different office, there are tons around. Just stay away from Jeannene, she's not the type of woman you want to work for. I left 2 months ago to work for another office and it was the best decision I have made. Here's an example to leave you with.
Jeannene tells you meeting after meeting about all the money you make as an onwer, and that you never have to worry about money again and so on. However, I also hear that Jeannene claims residency at her parents house who only live like an hour away, and writes off her apartment so that she doesn't have to pay for it. Now that could mean one of 2 things&either she's lying to you about how much money there is or she's lying to the government every year when she does her taxes.interesting way to look at it but either way she's a snake.
