I recently applied for a personal loan becausee of a change in residence, and I needed help. I was contacted by someone with a foreign accent and was told I qualified for a loan in the amount of $1000. I was to make a$200 deposit in order to recieve the loan, not only that I was asked for an additonal $140 because of my credit score. Needless to say I made the deposit and has yet to receive payment. Everything was done thru paypal so there is no way to get my hard earned money back. You live and learn I guess.
