We applied for a home loan in Feb. 2011 with Ranlife and our credit score was 685. They gave us a per-approval letter for $300,000 on April 13. We put $1000 down on a house and were supposed to close in 30 days. They continued to pull our credit report monthly from Feb- May and our score went from 685 to 595. We needed a 620 to get the VA loan. The last week of May they told us they could not fund our loan because our score was to low. We lost our $1000 deposit because the loan was not funded on time. We can not get a loan for two years now because of all the inquires on the report and the low score.
