This company uses self-employed engineers who constantly try to get potential customers to replace aerials, amplifiers etc that do not need replacing. They use local phone numbers so you think you are calling a local business, but all calls go to a call centre. They quickly send out an engineer for a £35 diagnostic check.in my case I was told I needed £400 work. I decided to get a 2nd opinion. The 2nd engineer told me the problem could be resolved with a 50p replacement co-ax connector, although he recommended other work to ensure longevity of my system, all of which cost a fraction of the quote from TV Aerial Company. Stay well away. They have ignored my requests to refund my diagnostic fee. And they have have already been exposed on TV as using scamming techniques.
