Tim Pacini of Aerial Messages in South Daytona Florida Ripped me off. He Charged me $2500 for 9.2 hours of training. That comes to $272/hr in a cessna 172! He said the training would take 20-25 hours. I got 9.2! On the very high end of rental cost for a 172, one would pay $110/hr for a brand new aircraft, he charged me more than double that for a beat up old 1970's model.
He promises a banner tow endorsement and a possibility of employment after training. Well, there is no such thing as a banner tow endorsement. You don't need one in order to tow banners. All you need is to be put on the company waiver for banner towing. The banner tow endorsement that he sells is ficticious and worthless.
