I ordered an upper arch Veneer in January. The end of February was contacted and told that they could not get a good casting with the mold that I sent in. I was informed that they would try it again and send the first one so that I could have an arch. Well after several weeks of not receiving anything in the mail I phoned and requested a refund. If the first process didn't work there was no reason to believe that it would be any different the second time around with the same mold. Laurie Hall assured me that Jason or Justin would phone me with info in how to get my refund. I don't have to tell you that never happened. When I finally did speak with the so called refund department I was told by Jason or Justin that because they have an iron clad contract I would not be getting a refund. I could not believe that he so blatantly came right out with it. So fast forward 7 months later, no veneer as if I expected it and 819 dollars down the drain. I have made complaints with my credit card company, the BBB whom Brighter Image did not respond to. I have filed an FTC, Complaint with the Tarrant Count DA's Office, the local news in Fort Worth Texas and I'm just getting warmed up. They don't return phone calls they don't respond to agencies that inquire about their practices. This is nothing more than Internet scamming. Ic3. Gov is the FBI's online agency that monitors this type of behavior. They are going to have to answer to someone and sooner than later.
