Receive a phone call to purchase vacation for a Orlando/Daytona package. Told the caller I would want the package to include 7 people, 4 adults & 3 children under 12. Was told this would be OK but I might have to upgrade for a small fee. Called before I sent in request form and again was told I could, to fax in my request and would receive a call within 48 hrs. A week later I had not heard from them, so I called again. The person I needed to talk to could not take my call so left name and number for a call back, never received one. Called again today 8/22 this time was told I could not have more than 6 people and if I had 7 the upgrade would be $126. Oo a day plus they could not do it for the Daytona trip. I really feel I was misled on the purchase, because I was up front with what I needed. Is there anyway you could help me get a refund? They said I couldn't because it was pass 30 days. Thank you
