AT&T is overcharging data charges even when network connection is turned off. Cell phone is set on wifi entire time. They do not care to acknowledge equipment failure and want to just upgrade your phone. They refuse to investigate any discrepancies and will not remove billing errors. Past data usage history shows I do not utilize such excessive data. Customer service is useless and representative does not escalate problem to supervisor for resolution.By the way, I received about 8 emails of data overages in a one to two hour time frame. This is a one day occurrence which they don't seem to admit to. All the rep. Kept reciting was their policy. Then tried to sell me a new phone. Absolutely condescending. Thieves.
